Msxml 6.0 parser x64 failed to install install#

I've copied the msi log below, I've highlighted what I think is useful. When it was part of a package and not an application. C:\msxml6-log.txt The application is using native MSI deployment with the following command: C++ Redistributable 2005 ATL / 2008 ATL.The other pre-reqs work just fine, these include the following and are all MSI based: I'm pushing out msxml6.msi as an application (one of a few pre-req's for App-V client).
